A diagnostic visit is a paid investigation, not a prelude to a remap. We connect dealer-level equipment, read every relevant module, and test the values that explain the light. Non-start, limp mode, and charging faults are typical calls.
You leave with a cause and a next step. If the next step is a remap or an emissions file, that is a separate quote. If the next step is a garage with a ramp, we say that too.
