OptiDrive Remapping & Diagnostics uses personal details only to arrange and carry out mobile visits.

What you send us

A quote or vehicle lookup on this website checks the form in your browser. It does not transmit the form to a server. If you then call, WhatsApp, or email, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, phone number, postcode, vehicle registration, and a short note about the job.

How it is used

Those details are used to confirm the vehicle, price the job, and book a time. Registrations are kept with the ECU file backup for that vehicle so the original software can be restored. We do not sell lists of customers.

How long it is kept

Booking messages are kept for as long as the warranty on the software may need them, which is at least the 12-month software warranty, and longer where a file backup has to stay with the registration.

To ask what we hold, or to correct a phone number, email optidrive.mapping@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think the use of your details is unfair.
