DPF Solutions
On-site DPF diagnostics, forced regeneration support, and off-road software options for blocked diesel particulate filters.
A DPF warning is a soot-load problem, a sensor problem, or a sign that something upstream is making the soot worse. We start with live data: pressure difference, temperatures, and the last successful regeneration. That decides whether a forced regeneration is still sensible.
If the vehicle lives on short trips, we will say that a software change does not change how the van is used. Removal files are available only for off-road vehicles, and we state that before the job is agreed. Oil dilution, split pipes, and tired injectors are called out when they show up on the scan.
